What are your shipping options?

We offer two shipping options for most items: Standard Mail, and DHL Worldwide Express.

Our headquarters is located in northern Italy so the Standard Mail option ships via the Poste Italiane, which then goes to your countries standard mail carrier (such as the USPS in The United States). Standard Mail is often cheaper, but DOES NOT OFFER ANY RELIABLE TRACKING!! Shipping times to non-European countries can take up to 2 to 4 weeks to arrive (but is often quicker, depending on the time of year).

Worldwide express shipments are handled by DHL and include a tracking PIN number for each parcel that you can use to monitor the shipment progress and expected delivery times via the DHL website. Delivery times are usually within 4 to 5 business days.

How often are shipments sent out?

Our normal shipping schedule is once a week, generally on Fridays. During periods of higher activity (new releases or special offers) we ship more frequently (2 or 3 times a week, usually Monday, Wednesday and Friday). Preorders are shipped on the item release date.

What kind of payment forms do you except?

You can pay with a credit card or a Paypal balance. All order payments are processed for us by Paypal and it is not necessary to have a Paypal account to pay via credit card, just follow the prompts on the Paypal checkout screen. We do not currently accept any other form of payment such as bank transfer, check, or COD.

My order has not shown up, what should I do?

If your order was shipped via DHL Worldwide Express, you can check the status of your order using the tracking PIN that was provided with your order by visiting the DHL website. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any customs charges or delays that your country may impose.

If your order was shipped via Standard Mail, please be aware that it can take several weeks if not a month or more for some orders to arrive. Please be patient, but if more than 5 weeks has passed get in touch with us with your order details on our Contact Page.

I placed an order, where is my confirmation email?

Confirmation emails are automatically generated after successfully placing an order and sent to the email address you provided during checkout. Sometimes this can take a bit of time to arrive, but usually it arrives right away. Make sure you are checking the correct email address, and most importantly CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER.

Sometimes spam filters work a little too hard and grab emails that are automatically generated. It’s always a good idea to periodically check your spam folder and make adjustments to your spam filter to make sure it is working efficiently and not blocking emails that you actually want to receive!

What is your Return Policy?

We treat this on a case by case basis. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or the wrong item altogether, get in touch with us on our Contact Page with all the details and we will work with you to find the best solution. Sometimes we’ll decide that it’s best to send a replacement immediately or issue a refund, other times we may request that the item be returned before sending a replacement or issuing a refund (usually for rare or limited items). Please be aware that if a limited edition item becomes sold out, it may not always be possible to issue a replacement for damaged or defective units. In these cases a refund will be the only option.
